Racknerd DC2机房因为火警停电导致部分用户数据丢失,昨天Racknerd官方给出了补偿方案,所有Racknerd DC2机房数据丢失损坏的用户可以获得一个月的补偿。Racknerd对客户还是非常友好的,虽然这次事件造成了一些用户的损失,但是Racknerd补偿还是很快就到来了,也算给用户吃了一粒定心丸。不过这次Racknerd的故障,也说明了积极备份的重要性,用户一定要自己经常备份,不管大厂小厂的服务器,都可能会出现意外的情况。

Hello, We understand your concerns. At the moment, our entire team, including our management staff, is fully focused on resolving and stabilizing the current situation. Our priority is to fully restore services as quickly as possible and we have been making great progress so far. At this time our team is still actively working towards restoring service and/or implementing a resolution for the final remaining nodes that were impacted by the unexpected power shutdown.
It is our intention to make things right for our customers, and we will address the topic of compensation once the issue is fully resolved and the dust settles.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
